We are looking to build and formalize a Transition Concierge function to serve as a dedicated guide for experienced advisors and teams joining the agency. While existing onboarding, marketing, contracting, and training systems are already in place, this role will act as the operational bridge ensuring every new recruit moves through each phase efficiently and with clear communication. The goal is to remove friction, shorten ramp-up time, and set each advisor up for measurable success in their first 90 days.
